Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate after the package leaves our facility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at sundaypaper.store@gmail.com with your order number — we’ll do our best to assist in locating it.
